BEER BRAISED ONION BURGERS

1 tablespoon Pure Wesson® Canola Oil
2 cups meagerly cut sweet onion
1/4 teaspoon salt
3/4 cup lager
1-1/4 pounds ground round hamburger (85% lean)
2 tablespoons La Choy® Lite Soy Sauce
1/4 teaspoon ground dark pepper
4 cuts (1 oz every) Swiss cheddar
8 teaspoons Gulden's® Spicy Brown Mustard
4 cheeseburger buns with sesame seeds, toasted
